Order Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and verification.
  • Pre-Orders & Custom Pieces: Items marked as pre-order or requiring customization may take 7–14 business days to process. You’ll receive updates via email as your order progresses.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed after 2 PM ET on Fridays or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Notes:
*Rates are based on package weight and destination. Free shipping applies to orders over $300 (USD) for most international destinations.

For EU orders, VAT and import duties are not included in the displayed price and may be payable upon delivery per local regulations.

Custom fees, taxes, or surcharges are the recipient’s responsibility and vary by country.

Tracking Your Order

  • Confirmation Email: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via the email associated with your account.
  • Live Updates: Use the tracking link to monitor your package’s progress. For international shipments, allow 2–3 days for customs clearance.
  • Delivery Attempts: If a delivery is missed, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

  • International Returns: Due to customs complexities, international returns are accepted only for damaged/defective items. Contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery to initiate a request.
