What We Guarantee



We warrant that all Songmont products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. This includes:
Leather: Structural integrity (e.g., peeling, excessive cracking not due to normal wear).
Hardware: Functional components (e.g., zippers, clasps, chains) that fail due to faulty construction.
Stitching: Seams that unravel due to defective stitching (excluding minor fraying from use).

This warranty applies to original purchasers and is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.




What Is Not Covered


Our warranty does not apply to:

Normal Wear and Tear:


Natural patina development in leather (e.g., softening, color variation).
Minor scratches, scuffs, or fading from regular use.

Misuse or Neglect:


Damage from improper care (e.g., exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme temperatures).
Alterations or repairs by unauthorized third parties.

Customs or Acts of Nature:

  • Outcomes:

Repair: We’ll fix the defect using original materials, at no cost to you.

Replace: If repair is unavailable, we’ll replace the item with the same or a comparable model (subject to availability).

Refund: In rare cases, a refund may be issued for the original purchase price.

For international claims, you may be responsible for shipping costs to our nearest repair center. We’ll cover return shipping after resolution.

Use a specialized leather conditioner periodically (recommended for vegetable-tanned leathers).

Hardware Maintenance:
Clean with a soft cloth; avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals.
Lubricate zippers gently with beeswax if they become stiff.

Storage: Store in the provided dust bag in a cool, dry place; stuff with acid-free tissue to maintain shape.

Proper care ensures your item ages gracefully and helps us uphold our warranty commitments.

International Warranty Coverage



Global Support: Our warranty is valid worldwide for products purchased from songmontstore.com or authorized retailers.
Local Regulations: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under local consumer laws (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive).
